Organically grown, chemical-free vegetables and chamomile herbs are cultivated at our own organic farm,
then served in our own restaurants.
Aiming to supply 100% of our produce needs, we rented 10000m² of farmland in Iwate prefecture three years ago, and are moving to a farm in Chiba prefecture in 2008.
We are considering development of cottage-style "auberge" facilities combined with rental farms in the future.
